business, or at our place of business. We solve technical and non-technical QuickBooks® problems. Our remote support services complement Intuit's technical support hot line or can even replace the need to pay for annual Intuit® Support. We can assist with both QuickBooks® technical questions and with business best practice application questions. This service covers all versions of QuickBooks® and is charged at a rate of $100 per hour in 15-minute increments. |

Virtual Financial Records Management
Our records management services include a remote monthly, quarterly or annual review of your books to identify any entries needing adjustment. Prices start at $225 and vary depending on the frequency and complexity. Our remote team can augment your current staff for payroll, collections, invoicing, bill paying and/or reconciliations.
We also offer onsite Records Management Services. After an initial phone meeting, we do an onsite evaluation of your business processes and complete a 'needs assessment'. We then lay out a successful strategy for implementing the agreed upon changes. Assessment and planning sessions are customized and prices range from $500 to $1000.
 Collaboration with Financial Professionals
It is impossible to complete significant financial reports, filings or statements without accurate records and a comprehensive file of supporting documentation.
We work with Financial Professionals and the customers we share together to understand how they need to receive information from their customers so that they can provide excellent service in doing what they do best. Our focus is to stream line the customers internal systems and develop/implement/help maintain a methodolgy for data integrity and communication between the Financial Professionals and their customers.
